  1. UG Degree: Any Fresher Graduate
  2. Graduation passing Year: 2021/2022/2023/2024
  3. CTC offered as per the standard HCLTech grid applicable (Basis 60% and above Percentage Eligibility Criteria)
  4. Service Agreement for 12 Months (as applicable). In case you leave before completing 12 months, you are liable to pay 50K to the organization.
