  2. Role – Global Service Desk role, solve network hardware and software problems for customers, responds to telephone calls, email, instant messages, and assigned tickets from users
  3. Desirable Skill: Excellent Communication Skill
  4. Type of Employment: Full Time Role
  5. Eligibility : BCA, B.Sc, BA, B.Com ,BBA, BE/ B.Tech
  6. Highest Qualification : Undergraduate
  7. Eligibility Criteria: 60% and above throughout the academics and no backlogs.
  8. UG Passing Year: 2024

Experience

  • Work with internal and external customers to help debug problems running their workloads on the models.
  • Lead and mentor the team for all relevant technologies / issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find quality solution for all issues.
  • Develop test plans and tests’ functionality of the models.
  • Develop high-performance functional models for SoCs and platform.
  • Improve functionality, stability, and performance of existing models.
  • Develop new, innovative debug features.
  • Work closely with architecture teams to understand and model new designs
  • Experience writing high-performance system and application software in C/C++ for Windows and/or Linux environments
  • Good understanding of system architecture and system software development is desirable
  • Exposure in functional modeling and architecture simulation is desirable.
